The 1947 Philadelphia Athletics were the last team to use only one lefty. Lou Brissie started all of one game that year, allowing five runs in seven innings.

Which raises the question, which was the last team to use no lefty at all? I think it was the 1934 White Sox.
I'm not sure about the last team with no lefties - you might be right with the 1934 White Sox. The 1947 Phillies were that one start away from pulling it off.
